Models AR-40C

Models AR-40C

Series AR-C model range is designed to meet the requirements of current and future roll handling. Roll ranges and capacities are designed and selected to match the modern paper grades and roll sizes.
Short and long arm design, along with the effective and fast rotation makes these clamps optimal for handling both vertical and horizontal rolls.
Optional split long arm design allows handling of single rolls, as well as also two rolls at a time.
Clamp design is modular and flexible, with easy adaption to varying operational and handling needs.

Range: 2700 kg - 4600 kg

Plus:

  • Rotating paper roll clamp for safe and effective vertical and horizontal roll handling.
  • Slim and smooth arm and frame design,optimal visibility and advanced hydraulic operation.
  • Pivoting arm movement. Short and longarms. Non-split long arm for single roll handling. Split arm for 1 - 2 roll handling.
  • 180-degree rotation. Hydraulic cushioning in the vertical end positions.
  • All hydraulic functions protected with built-in pressure relief valves and check valves. All service and maintenance points easily available.

  • Standard contact pads: 2+2 short cast pads with high-friction surface.
  • Full length 1+1 or 1+2 contact pads are available as a option
  • 1000 mm overall height contact pads available as an option.
  • Minimum 5-degree forward tilt on lift mast is required for horizontal handling.
  • For 0-degree tilt, special arms are available. Consult Bolzoni Group.
  • Models with fixed (non-moving) short arm are available as an option.
