Intelligent clamps automate the clamping force control and apply the least possible clamping force to the paper roll. At the same time the clamps take into account the following handling factors:
- Paper quality
- Roll weight
- Roll diameter
- Contact pad friction
- Roll wrapper friction
- Environmental factors
- Dynamic factors

Range: 2200 Kg - 5600 Kg

Plus:

  • 180-degree rotation paper roll clamp for vertical and horizontal handling of single rolls.
  • Microprocessor control system to control the clamping force. Minimized clamping force prevents paper roll out-ofroundness.
  • Pivoting arm movement. Short and long arms. Several arm and contact pad options in standard series.
