To significantly enhance view and safe handling in the storage areas, it includes the side fork camera, the tip fork camera, and a solution to be installed on the fork carriage including front camera and laser. An innovative fully mechanical pressure control system, applicable to all Auramo paper roll clamps, to prevent over clamping, causing roll out-of-roundness. This ‘mechanical calculator’ is able to sense the load weight and to continuously adjust the clamping pressure measured in the lifting and tilting cylinders.
This is a fully automatic pressure control system, equipped with sensors and laser beams. The system is able to detect the load dimension and configuration, and to input the correct clamping pressure through a proportional pressure relief valve.
This semi-automatic pressure control system works with sensors and a touch screen device, for the interaction with the operator inside the cabin. This pressure control system is dedicated to white goods applications and specifically for big logistic centres handling several types of loads and volumes, requiring different clamping forces.
