New 3-years Improved Warranty Package from Bolzoni.

At Bolzoni we are committed to delivering the ultimate in forklift truck attachments satisfaction to our customers. Our interest in the attachment doesn’t stop with its sale; rather, it continues throughout the product’s warranty period and beyond.

As a commitment to our customers and to demonstrate our confidence in our product, Bolzoni extends the warranty to 3 years or 6.000 working hours (whichever comes first). This warranty extension applies to attachments shipped after May 3, 2021.

Our 3 year warranty applies from date of attachment delivery to the customer after May 3, 2021.

We understand the importance of reinforcing our service and support to our customer. Total Cost of Ownership will be positively affected by the new warranty conditions
4. Keep your attachment fit.
Follow installation and service instructions, and use genuine Bolzoni spare parts: these are the abc steps to follow to keep your fork lift truck attachment operative and functional and to be covered by the extended warranty. We also understand the need to have replacement parts in stock in your areas of operation.

Products included into the 3-years warranty program: it applies to all forklift truck attachments delivered after May 3, 2021. With respect to forks and lift tables, the warranty term will be 12 months, or 2000 working hours (whichever comes first), starting from the date of delivery of the product to Customer.

Warranty starting date: The warranty starts from the date of product delivery to the customer.

What does warranty mean? Warranty is the repair or replacement of any part of the attachment found, upon examination by Bolzoni, to be defective in material or workmanship, or both, excluding normal wear and tear parts. In the third year, warranty covers the replacing parts or the new Products free of charge while any labor costs related to the inspections, delivery and any other expense will be excluded.

Note: The above warranty conditions are valid for AMERICAS and EMEA Countries. For all products sold in Asia Pacific Countries, the warranty is still limited to a period of 12 months, or 2000 work hours (whichever comes first) from the date of delivery to customer.
