Policy statement on the protection and processing of personal data

In accordance to the Italian Law, Article 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196 introduced on the 30th June 2003, (code of practice in relation to protection and processing of personal data).
The Bolzoni Group newsletter is sent by e-mail to those who require it, filling the dedicated form. Data are provided on a free base. Any refusal to provide data will lead to the impossibility to receive the newsletter.

Purposes of the personal data handling
Personal data provided by the interested party are used to send the newsletter and will not be transferred to others.

Methods of the personal data handling
Data shall be stored using computer or electronic supports. Suitable security measures are taken to prevent data loss, illegal or improper use and unauthorized access.

Responsible of the personal data handling
In case of maintenance activities related to the technological part of the site, personal data related to the newsletter service might be processed by the external company Univillage S.r.l., responsible for the processing of personal data, in accordance with Article 29 of the Code regarding personal data protection.

The interested party rights
The interested party has anytime the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of the data, to verify the data content and origin, to ask for integration or update, and to amend data (Article 7 of the Code regarding personal data protection).
Pursuant to the same article the interested party has the right to ask for the cancellation of the data, the change of data so that the identity remains anonymous, or the blocking of data that have been processed breaching the law, including the holding of data for purposes other than those for which they were originally collected or subsequently processed.
